Chapter 1 Overview
JR-GZDW series wall-mounted charging cabinet is specially designed by our company for
small-capacity DC power supply system, which is suitable for high-voltage power distribution
system in small switching stations, small substations and other places. It adopts an integrated
design idea and is composed of JR110D10NI-WL module, JRPMU07A-ZL monitor and
wall-mounted power box. The wall-mounted power system integrates AC/DC modules,
integrates monitoring, AC and DC power distribution, and is connected to an external battery
pack.
The system has the characteristics of small size, simple structure, elegant appearance, easy
installation, flexible assembly, etc. It is suitable for battery packs below 125V/200AH. Modular
design, can be smoothly expanded to meet the batteries of different capacities. The module
can be plugged and unplugged with power, which is safe and convenient to replace. The
monitoring function is perfect, highly intelligent, using large-screen touch LCD display, sound
and light alarm. The AC power distribution, rectifier module, DC feed and other components of
the system can realize full-parameter local and remote monitoring. The main monitoring
quantities include module on/off, charging mode, output voltage regulation, output current limit
setting, battery Circuit breaker trip alarm and battery charge automatic management.
Explanation:
This charging cabinet is suitable for nickel-cadmium battery bank and lead-acid battery bank.
The charging voltage will be set according to the battery bank it is equipped with before leaving
the factory.

Over-temperature protection
Over-temperature protection is mainly for protecting large power converters, under normal operating
circumstance, the module design leaves enough margin, under special circumstance, when the module
detects that the temperature of the radiator is over 85℃, it will shut down automatically to protect itself.
When the temperature reduces below 75℃, the module will start up automatically.
Output over-current protection
Because of the limit of the module output power, the output current cannot increase infinitely. In the range,
the output current value of the module is continuously adjustable. If overloaded, the module can reduce
output voltage automatically to make it not surplus the rated output limit point in order to protect the power
components. The overcurrent protection can be resumed automatically.

Rectifier half-loaded output
Certain rectifiers are capable of half-loaded output protection upon input phase-failure. Check
the rectifier AC input voltage.
Unable to raise rectifier output voltage to rated voltage.
Rectifier over-load will cause current limit, which makes the output voltage cannot be adjusted to
the preset voltage.
Battery current detection fault will cause rectifier current limit, which makes the output voltage
cannot be adjusted to the preset value.
