APPOINTMENTO F'LEGAL ADVISORS AND

ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISOR,/FIRMS.

The office of the Adminisuator, J&K State Property in Pakistan, Lahore' and
Poonch House Complex, Rawalpindi, requires the services of Legal Advisor and

Assistant Legal Advis$ on monthly Retainer ship basis ofRs 140,000/- to render Legal
Advice and defeotl/file cases in vanous courts of Law on behalf of Federaliol of Pakisran
and Admiflistrator J&K State Property h Pakistan. The cases mostly pertain to the courts
at Lahore and Raralpindi. The interested legal advisor/ firm, preferably having

experience of land revenue, are requested to submitted their bio-data,/C.V aloagwith

experience details mentioning the cases handled by them to the undersigned within a time

pcriod of l5-days on the publishing of this advertissment.

'fhe appointment will be

subject to approval by Ministy of Law and Justice Division. Pdority/preference will be

given to the LawyeN/Firmsi

(a) Hoidiog license of Supreme Coun for Legai Advisor and High Cout for
Assistant Legal Advisor.
(b) Having experience of Civil Litigation of Propefiy/Estate Cases at least for ten
yeais.

(c) La\.!yer either s€lf-employed or seDior parmer (owner of Law-fimr)' lf he is

employed in any firm that will not serve the pulPose.

(d) Lawyer having qualification ofBarrister or L.L.M.
(e) Having more/impo ant reputed cases in (in PLDs) be given mors weightage'

(f) Experience as Lawyer in civil litigation.

(g) Lawyer indicting statue of licens€ (District Court, High Com, and Supreme
Cout) with detail, mentioning date ofissue.

(h) Number of reported cases, if alry, Candidarcs having more reputed cases will
be given weightage.
(i) Candidate must oot have personal record of crime etc'
