Subject : Activation of the Onsite Ambulance Services for RP Goenka International School, Kolkata

1. Scope of the Work

The Scope of this engagement is for On Site Ambulance with Driver

A. GPS-enabled Small BLS Maruti Eeco Ambulance / Large BLS Tata Winger or Force Tempo Traveler
will be placed at the client's location

B. The ambulance will be stationed at the client location 24*7 with a Driver in a 8am to 4pm shift ( 5 days in
a week )

C. All maintenance will be the responsibility of MeduLance.

D. Ambulance will be branded with the creative design “Powered by MeduLance”.

E. We will also share the following information:-

i. Registration certificate of ambulances

ii. Commercial License of drivers.
iii. Fitness certificates of ambulances
iv. Calibration certificates of Equipment as applicable

F. Reliever management included

 Drivers Scope of Work

A. Driver will work in 8am to 6pm shift ( 5 days a week )

B. Our ambulance drivers are drivers with commercial licenses
C. Our drivers are trained to run the GPS enabled high-quality ambulances to manage any level of medical
emergency. They are taught how to use the mobile application to trace the patient’s actual location
D. Drivers are taught the basic safety protocols regarding the driving speed, precautions that should be taken
while ferrying a patient and also are checked for a clean driving record

Quality Management, Audits and Reporting:

● Dedicated Account Manager, SPOC for any issues

● Monthly audits by quality team with audit reports being shared

● First-aid trainings every 4 months

● Incident and record keeping for running of Ambulance
● Drivers training every 3 months for basic patient handling
● Mapping of near most hospitals with trial run to define the TAT
● Co-Branding of Ambulance with creative given by end user

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be 15 - 30 days credit duration

Maintenance will be included in the above.
Replacement of staff will be the responsibility of MeduLance
All compliances and statutory regulations related to ambulance and staffing will be managed by MeduLance
