AGREEMENT TO SELL PLOT FILE

This Sale Agreement is made at Lahore on 30-04-2024, by and between:

Mr. Ali Khalid, son of Khalid Mehmood, holding CNIC No. 35201-8262834-9, resident of House No. 19-A, Mohallah
Rasool Park, Jail Road, Cantt. Lahore (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SELLER’)
AND
Mr. Hamid Arshad, son of Muhammad Arshad, holding CNIC No. 36601-6027515-7, Resident of Chak No. 195 EB,
Tehsil Burewala, District Vehari (hereinafter referred to as the ‘BUYER’)
(The Seller and the Buyer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”).

WHEREAS, the Seller is owner of Plot File, measuring 08 Marla, in Park Zameen Town, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi
(Hereinafter called the “PLOT FILE”). The Plot File is free from all sorts of encumbrances.

NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing and in consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived and the
representations and warranties, covenants and agreements contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and intending to be legally bound, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. The Seller has sold the Plot File for a total sale consideration of PKR. 2 ,850,000/- (Rupees Two Million Eight
Hundred Fifty Thousand only) (“Total Sale Consideration”) and has received Down Payment of PKR. 250,000/-
(Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Thousand only) (“Down Payment”), from the Buyer in cash on 30-04-2024. The
Seller acknowledges the receipt of the Down Payment.
2. The Seller acknowledges that now nothing remains outstanding against the Buyer in respect of the Plot File and
the Buyer acknowledges that he will pay the remaining amount of PKR. 2,600,000/- (Rupees Two Million Six
Hundred Thousand only) (“Remaining Amount”) as per the installment plan.
3. The Seller has handed over Plot File and all the relevant original documents to the Buyer, now the Seller has no
objection if the Buyer transfers the Plot File in his own name or in the name of his nominee or sells it.
