RESOLUTION NO.03

A RESOLUTION ON THE CONDUCT OF REGULAR FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION (FGD)

TO MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN WITH
THE SGC

WHEREAS, the school governance council carefully assessed and evaluated the School
Improvement Plan crafted by the school project team in collaboration with stakeholders.

WHEREAS, concerns, issues, and recommendations from parents, stakeholders, students,

and teachers were analyzed and a project for the school improvement plan was crafted.

WHEREAS, the SIP aligns with the school’s mission, vision, and values and demonstrates a
commitment to continuous improvement, equity, and quality education.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:

1. The school governance council recognizes the expertise of all the project teams in
providing solutions and improvements to the areas of concern; thus, the council
guarantees to extend their support for the goals, objectives, and strategies
circumscribed in the SIP.
2. The school governance council agrees to be part of the monitoring team for the
School Improvement Plan project.
3. The school governance council suggests the conduct of regular focus group
discussions (FGD) to monitor the implementation of the school improvement plan
every quarter of the school year.
4. The school governance council commits to regularly attending focus group
discussions with the project team leader and working on the evaluation of possible
solutions and improvements to the project.
5. The school governance council pledges to help reach out to the community, LGUs,
and identified stakeholders that would financially assist with the needs of the
project for implementation if school funds ran out.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT this resolution shall take effect immediately upon adaptation
by the School Governing Council. This resolution emphasizes the importance of involving
various sectors within the school community in governance processes and outlines specific
actions to promote inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.
