DOCUMENTATION REPORT ON SIP CRAFTING PREPARATION

The crafting of School Improvement Plan, being vital and critical entails a
dedicated preparation, collaborative and concerted efforts among the stakeholders and
the school.

The following steps were done diligently, the principal called for a meeting for
the formation of School-community Planning team, then a succeeding meeting was
called for the proceeding list of agenda:
Formation of Ad Hoc committees
Presentation of terms and references
Presentation and signing of the designations
In the above-mentioned meeting, the external stakeholders were invited and
active participation was achieved.

A student forum was also conducted to elicit feedback from the students in
order to integrate their needs and concerns in the SIP.The different student’s
organization presidents/representatives and allclass or section
presidents/representatives actively participated such forum and their voices were
heard.

Another meeting was called for:

Vision Sharing
Presentation of Fourth Quarter SMEA
Presentation of the issues and identifying the root causes
Assigning of the project school management team
The different project teams continue working based on the PIA identified.
