Expanded Nickel Foil is widely used as battery and fuel cell electrode, for example as nickel-compartment/Ni-Hi/Li-ion battery
electrode. Expanded Nickel Foil is manufactured by symmetrically slitting and stretching the nickel sheet to produce diamond shape
openings. This type of expanded mesh has avoided the electric flow problem which usually occurs in the woven wire mesh.

Expanded Nickel Foil available specifications:

1: Material: pure nickel foil, purity≥ 99.8% （Conform to the requirements of the ROSH）
2: Strand thickness: 0.05mm to 0.50mm (±0.01mm)
3: Foil width: 20mm to 350mm (±0.2mm)
4: Surface density: 100g/m2 to 400 g/m2 (±10g/m2)
5: Flexibility: 180 degree twist available, 8 to 10 times no crake
6: The total length: up to 300m/roll, ≤1 connector with same width
