How to make rawon

Ingredients for making the first rawon

Ingredients:

1. garlic
2. shallots
3. chili
4. bay leaf
5. lime leaves
6. candlenut
7. sere
8. pepper powder
9. turmeric powder
10. coriander powder
11. Caraway
12. keluak
13. ginger
14. galangal
15. beef
16. lime
17. together
18. soup leaf

Materials:

blender
pan
pot
fried spoon
stove
mug
knife
cutting board

Steps:

1. prepare the beef, then cut the beef into dice


2. then boil the meat until tender
3. put the shallots, garlic, chilies, candlenuts, lemongrass, ginger, keluak, into a blender and
puree
4. saute the ground spices and add bay leaves and lime leaves, turmeric powder, pepper
powder, coriander powder, and cumin, then stir-fry until fragrant
5. mix the spices with the boiled beef then cook until the meat is cooked
6. once cooked, the rawon is served in a bowl
7. and the beef is ready to be served
