Rules and Regulations for students

(Half-Yearly Exam 2023)

1. Students will reach in the Examination room directly
at 7.30 am
2. Question Paper will be distributed at 7.55 am.
Students will read the Question Paper from 8 am to
8.15 am. Students will start writing papers at 8.15
am.
3. The duration of the paper is 8.15 am to 11.15 am
except for skilled subjects.
4. Students will bring their own water bottle for drinking
water. No student is allowed to go to the washroom
before 9.30 am.
5. There will be a flying squad for random checking.
6. For students mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
7. Invigilators should check the uniform and I-card of
the students.
8. Walker students will be dispersed at 11.20 am.
9. Bus and Van students will be dispersed at 11.30 am.
10. Students must bring their own examination material
like pen/pencil/scale etc
11. Bell timings:
a. The 1st bell will be at 7.55 am when Q.P will be
distributed.
b. 2nd Bell at 8.15 am i.e. for writing the paper
c. Last bell will be at 11.15 am i.e. the conclusion of the
paper.
