ORDER

When this case was called for initial presentation of respondent’s

evidence, the testimony of Mr. Gil G. Alvarez was presented on direct
examination, cross examination and re-direct examination, and the same was
terminated.
Atty. Mary Grace C. Mustard, counsel for Land Bank of the
Philippines (LBP) is hereby given a period of fifteen (15) days from today
within which to formally offer her evidence, and the same period of time is
likewise given to Atty. Mohammad Reza H. Marrack, counsel for petitioners
to comment on the said Formal Offer of Evidence.
Set the presentation of rebuttal evidence on July 18, 2017, at 8:30
o’clock in the morning.
