WHEREAS, RA 10591, otherwise known as the PESO Act provides that it is a declared policy of the state
to promote full employment and equality of employment opportunities for all and there shall be
establishment in all local government units and other strategic areas a Public Employment Services
Office (PESO), in order to strength and expand the employment facilitation service and machinery of the
government;

WHEREAS, employment issues such increasing as the number of unemployed and underemployed
Individuals remain to be personnel potentials problems throughout the country;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Labor and Employment Plan suggests that inclusive growth and poverty
reduction incentives shall emanate from the grassroots level to make employment promotion a regular
and continuing activity at the local level;

WHEREAS, there is a need to designate a Public Employment Service Office Coordination that shall
administer employment facilitation and shall provide assistance to City Public Employment Service
Office;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Peso Coordinator is the counterpart of the City Manager on employment
facilitation and other programs of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

NOW THEREFORE, I, ____________________, Punong Barangay of me by the law, do hereby designate

Barangay ___________, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, by virtue of the powers vested me by the law, do
hereby designate ___________________, Barangay Secretary the Barangay PESO Coordinator of
Barangay ___________, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.

This order shall take effect immediately

“A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BARANGAY EMPLOYMENT SERVICE

HON.__________________ OFFICE (BESO) AT BARANGAY PLARIDEL, SAGAY CITY, NEGROS
Barangay Kagawad OCCIDENTAL FOR EMPLOYMENT PURPOSE.”

WHEREAS, it is a declared policy of the state to promote full and equal

employment opportunities for all, and for the purpose to strengthen and

WHEREAS, RA NO. 8759 otherwise known as the Public Employment
Service Officer Act of 1999 mandates the creation of public employment
service office in all local government units (LGU) including the Barangay

WHEREAS, the Barangay Plaridel Council have firmly believed the role in
the implementation, facilitation and livelihood programs by creating
BESO in our own Barangay which ultimate will help address the
HON.__________________ unemployment problems in or area;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Plaridel served as promotional site and
provider of employment information assistance to every job seeker and
legitimate applicant endorser to the official recruitment office which is
HON.__________________ PESO office.

unanimously by all members present.

Barangay Secretary RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ESTABLISHING BARANGAY
EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE (BESO) AT BARANGAY PLARIDEL, SAGAY
CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL FOR EMPLOYMENT PURPOSES.
