MANIFESTATION OF COMPLIANCE
(To the Order dated 21 March 2024)

Plaintiffs, by and through the undersigned counsel and unto this

Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. On 21 March 2024, this Honorable Court issued the order directing

the Plaintiff to submit to the this Court a notarized medical certificate
of Mr. Sonny Valeriano who failed to appear on the scheduled hearing
for presentation as witness for the above-mentioned case. Further, to
pay the corresponding postponement fees of Two Hundred Pesos
(Php 200.00)

2. In compliance with the said order, Plaintiff hereto attached the

notarized medical certificate of Sonny Valeriano; Likewise, the
 payment of corresponding postponement fee has been made on 21
March 2024. Copy of the notarized medical certificate is herein
attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that

the Manifestation of Compliance of the to the Order be noted.

Other reliefs that are just and equitable are also likewise prayed for.
