Notes:
Soil excavation or fill is calculated in net volume, additional
excavation / fill for implementation according to the work
method is included in the unit price

The price of the excavation unit includes all risks to the

condition / condition of the material / soil in the field. It is the
Contractor's responsibility to visit the site and self-assess the
condition of the material / soil to be excavated.

For the purposes of the measurement in this Bill of Quantities

it is assumed that one cubic meter (m3) of material / soil is
excavated to form one cubic meter (m3) of compacted fill.
There is no addition for expanding or shrinking volume. The
increase in volume for the volume that is expanding or
shrinking felt by the Contractor is required based on his
experience and on inspection of the material to be excavated /
stockpiled on site is included in the unit price which is the
responsibility of the Contractor.

2.1 Clearing, Grubbing, Stripping and Soil Disposal

A Clearing, Grubbing and Stripping works that contains a lot of

organic material and non-organic material and carried out as
thick as 20cm or according to the specification and dispose all
materials soil and the other that no needed for construction
works 472,000 m2

2.2 Cut and Fill

unsuitable materials or surplus material from excavation
