Our products ROHR2, PROBAD and SINETZ are part of the software equipment of national and
international industry.
The service around our products includes maintenance contracts, software updates, technical user support
and user trainings.

We submit the following quotation in accordance with our conditions of sale and delivery.

1.2 Additional modules, optional available

1.2.1 ROHR2flange
Flange analysis acc. to EN 1591-1, ASME VIII, Div.1.
ROHR2flange is integrated into the graphical user interface of ROHR2 (no stand-alone application).
1.2.2 ROHR2fesu
Program for the fast detail analysis of selected components in pipes using the finite element
method. ROHR2fesu is integrated into the graphical user interface of ROHR2 (no stand-alone
application).

1.2.3 ROHR2 CAD interface package

The ROHR2 CAD interface package includes interfaces for the transfer of data into the ROHR2
neutral file format.
- in PCF format (import/export)
The interface PCF - ROHR2 enables to convert data in PCF format into ROHR2 as well as the
export of the ROHR2 model into *.pcf file format.
The PCF format is used by several CAD-systems to create isometrics e.g. Autodesk Plant3D or
Intergraph SmartPlant.
- of the PDS Stress Interface, Intergraph Corporation into the ROHR2 neutral file format.
- from PXF format (Bentley AUTOPLANT) into the ROHR2 neutral interface format.
- of the PASCE Stress Interface, AEA Technology Engineering Software, into the ROHR2
neutral interface format.
- in SDNF (Structural steel Detailing Neutral File) format (output data )

Maintenance/Update service
The program license includes a free Maintenance period of six months after delivery.
For program service after free maintenance period a maintenance contract (AMC) is available.
If rental fees are taken into account, the free maintenance period is reduced.
Maintenance is included within rental period (time-limited use).
Rental licenses/leasing
Minimum rental period is three months.
Fees may be taken into account by 80 % up to three months in case of purchase.

3 Training
In order to boost the efficiency of the ROHR2 users, SIGMA proposes a concept of user trainings, which
have proven their effectiveness for many years.
We are offering individual ROHR2/SINETZ basic and advanced program training, ROHR2 group training as
well as training units via internet for special topics and/or advanced users.

Basis of the trainings may be our field-tested education examples or pipe systems provided by the
participants. Alternatively the problems of a current engineering project may be the contents of the course.
The training language is German, English or French. The training material is always in German or English.

The training takes place at your company location or at SIGMA company location in Unna, Germany.

Personal trainings and group trainings generally are provided as Online Training units.
Classroom (personal) training units upon request.

3.1 Individual training

Requirements
• basic knowledge in pipe static engineering
• max. six participants/ licensee company
• Requirements for external trainings:
- Preparation of a training location for the training time + 1 hour before and after.
- necessary equipment in the room: one PC running Windows 10/8/7/ for each participant,
Beamer/Video Projector
- ROHR2 licenses are provided by SIGMA during training time at personal training.

Training time, location and prices

We propose a ROHR2 basic training for the duration of two days (each day from 9.00 to 16.00).
Please consider a preparation time of four weeks for an in-house training, two months for an
external course.
Please contact us regarding the time schedule.

3.2 ROHR2 group training

A ROHR2 training in a small work group may be an alternative to an individual planned training
course.
A group training is ROHR2 basic training unit in a group of up to 6 participants, coming from
different companies. The participants list is filled by appointment. The small group size allows an
effective personalized training.
The training takes place at SIGMA company in Unna, Germany.
The training language is English, program surface and training material in English.

The training dates are published on the website www.rohr2.com or may be inquired by Sales
department.

4 System requirements, Guarantee and Maintenance contract

The program delivery includes the program data, a program documentation and a license key.
Interfaces and additional programs are integrated into ROHR2/SINETZ(no stand-alone
applications).
Updates and upgrades of licenses by actualization or exchange of the license key.
The software does not run without the license key.
Licenses
The programs are available as
- unlimited license/perpetual license or time-limited / rental license
- as single user license or network license (LAN or WAN)
Guarantee
The guarantee on our software is for twelve months.
Maintenance contract
Services beyond the guarantee are part of the Program Maintenance:
• User Support (Program hotline)
• Software-Development (Updates)
• Adaptation of the software to current technical requirements/ actualized stress codes

5 Conditions of sale
Our general contract terms 2018.05 including our data privacy policy (refer to
www.rohr2.com/en/privacy.html) apply.
Program licensing and maintenance is subject to the system contract.
Contract and conditions are part of this offer. Please ask us for an agreement sample.

Interfaces and additional programs are integrated into ROHR2/SINETZ.

Maintenance of additional programs and interfaces is mandatory in this case.
Delivery will be made on receipt of order and signing the system contract.
The delivered products are property of SIGMA Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH up to the complete
payment.

This offer is valid for three months.

All prices are without VAT and local taxes, custom fees, etc.
Standard shipping and handling costs inside EU included, shipping costs outside of EU will be
charged separately.
