From a young age, I have been passionate about football and the support of my father's

triumphs as a national footballer set the stage for my journey to date. I led various teams,
clinching victories across 7 tournaments and multiple leagues in U-14 regional and south
zone inter-university tournaments. These early experiences not only shaped my
athleticism but also instilled in me the values of leadership, collaboration and quick
decision-making.

During my Bachelor's in Engineering, my strong interpersonal skills and passion for

automating product life cycles, particularly supply chain automation, helped me achieve
success in technical seminars and paper presentations at renowned institutes. These skills
combined with my technical acumen also played a significant role in my professional
success.

In my first job at Godavari Plastom, I assisted the management in their back-end supply
chain and procurement processes. As the lead engineer at Hyundai Rotem, I was
responsible for project delivery and supply chain management at Hyderabad Metro Rail
(L&T). I collaborated with cross-functional teams to find solutions for product resources
and digitization, which also led me to receiving the Best Engineer Award for my
contributions. As the Global Project coordinator at Genpact India, I partnered with broad
technology networks and helped the clients build agility, scalability and governance.
After completing my PMP certification, I swiftly transitioned to a product management
role at Accenture.

I was chosen from 47 people as a global coordinator to manage high-stakes Fortune 500
clients, who generate 70% of the total revenue amounting to 27.66 billion GBP.
Additionally, I represent Accenture in our Mexico offices. My experience at Accenture
has been enlightening, as I discovered that there is immense untapped potential in the
field of supply chain automation.

These experiences have reaffirmed my short-term goal of becoming a Management

consultant in Supply chain tech. With esteemed firms like EY, PWC, and Deloitte setting
industry benchmarks, I aspire to eventually rise to a position of significant influence,
such as the Director of Supply Chain Processes at Indian start-ups, shaping strategic
decisions and leading transformative initiatives, thus helping them become sustainable.

To realize my goals, a management degree is an absolute must. While I have acquired

significant skills over the years, I need to enhance my strategic thinking abilities. At the
IIMB program, I will acquire cross-domain knowledge, a prerequisite to becoming a
successful leader. I look forward to gaining this knowledge from world-class faculty
amidst a diverse cohort. The curriculum will empower me to transition from expertise in
one area to a broader business leadership role. Brainstorming with an intelligent and
diverse cohort from varied functions and industries will sharpen my creative
problem-solving skills. The Supply Chain Management Centre ( SCMC) at IIMB, where
the distinguished faculty and industry experts collaborate to research and
develop innovative solutions to tackle complex challenges, will widen my understanding
and perspective. The International Immersion Program will help me apply academic
knowledge to real-world business situations, deepening my grasp of supply chain
operations in emerging and developed markets. It will also increase my awareness of the
global market and help me gain a comprehensive understanding of qualitative and
quantitative concepts employed by diverse organizations to collaborate toward shared
objectives. The capstone programs will help me recognize my leadership biases and
enhance my leadership style. The strong alum network will help me build lifelong
connections with like-minded people besides increasing my professional network.

The MBA degree will augment my skills, broaden my horizons, and provide me with the
tools necessary to excel as a leader and decision-maker.
