Oorjita Healthcare Systems LLP has entered into an OEM-JV Manufacturing Agreement with Star Techno Engineering Pvt.
Ltd, for custom manufacturing of Autoclaves and ETO Sterilizers. "OORJITA" Autoclaves & ETO Sterilizers undergoes
stringent quality tests of up to 30psi pressure along with other parameters such as leakage, power control, temperature
control, safety valves and important parts of the machine before it is shipped to our Customer.

"OORJITA" Autoclaves & ETO Sterilizers incorporate modern technologies into its operations. We make standard and
customized models, specifically designed to meet the challenging demands of our Clients. Fully automatic
Sterilizers/Autoclaves have microprocessor based controllers and vacuum drying function. Our machines
are equipped with double/triple wall door, sliding or motorized doors depending on the models and are made of Stainless
Steel. Triple walled construction ensures better safety. A boiler fitted separately and connected to the chamber, has a water
level indicator attached. Every unit is fitted with automatic pressure control switch which is capable of managing pressure
between 5psi to 20psi. An Operator can easily set desired temperature with the help of digital controller. We use neoprene
rubber gasket for tight sealing of the Autoclave door.

mild steel/stainless steel based tubular stands.. The Inner Chamber, Boiler,
Radial Locking Lid/Door and Radial arms are made of SS 304, robust and
argon welded. The door has a Self-Locking Safety System (SLSS). Pressure
can be controlled from 1.2 Kg to 1.5 Kg/cm2.

Our Autoclaves are provided with Multi-port Valve for easy operations.
Double Door option also available. We also provide Double Door Option
based on Client requiremnents. OORJITA Autoclaves are available with
separate Boilers also. We build Semi-Automatic, Automatic and Fully
Automatic models.

Verical Autoclave

OORJITA Vertical Autoclave is Double/Triple Walled and mounted on

Stainless Steel Legs. The Inner Chamber, Boiler, Radial Locking Lid/Door
and Radial arms are made of SS 304. The Autoclave is proivided with a
Radial Locking Top Loading Single Door. A Silicon Rubber Gasket is
provided for pressure locking of the door. Pressure Gauge, Spring Safety
wall, ball wall is also provided.

OORJITA's Innovative Low Temperature Sterilizer for Heat Sensitive Equipment's. For highly Plazmax Sterilizers
effective sterile processing in small operating rooms or large Central Sterile Services
Departments (CSSD). The PlazMax sterilizer inactivates micro-organisms with Hydrogen
Peroxide (H2O2) vapor and plasma. It sterilizes medical devices by diffusing H2O2 into the
chamber and then converting the H2O2 molecules into a plasma state. The sterilization
occurs inside the chamber by means of H2O2 vapor. The PlazMax utilizes the bacterium
killing power of free radicals in the H2O2 molecules released by applying heat to the H2O2
gas in the vaporizer. The combined use of H2O2 vapor and plasma, safely and quickly
sterilizes medical instruments an materials without leaving dangerous residues, thus offering
