This week has been very productive for my baking capstone project. I made a lot
of progress and am almost done. I finished setting the prices for my baked goods on the
Google Form, which is important for customers to see how much everything costs. I also
edited my baking videos, making them shorter and more interesting by speeding them
up and cutting out unnecessary parts. Each of the three videos was originally over an
hour long, so editing was a big job. Additionally, I baked all the products I planned to
sell, which made me feel ready.

However, there are still a few things I need to do. I need to finalize my project
and make sure everything is perfect for the presentation. I initially wanted to sell the
baked goods, but I decided not to because I didn't have enough time. This was a tough
decision, but it allowed me to focus on completing the project.

By the end of the week, I plan to have everything finished and ready to start on
my presentation making process. This includes making sure the Google Form works well,
the videos are properly edited and uploaded, and all written parts of the project are
done and reviewed.

One of the big challenges I faced was editing the baking videos. Since each
video was at least an hour long, it took a lot of time and patience to make them shorter
while still showing all the important steps. To solve this, I focused on the key parts of the
baking process and removed any repetitive or less important footage. This made the
videos shorter and more interesting.

Timeline:

Monday-Wednesday: Finish and review the Google Form to ensure everything is correct.

Thursday: Final review and polishing of the edited videos.

Friday: Complete all written parts of the project and put everything together.
