First steps:
For models CCR and 1100, connect with your PC to Ethernet port 1;
For models CRS, connect with your PC to any Ethernet port;
Connect the device to a power source;
Set your IP for PC to 192.168.88.2/24;
Use Web browser or WinBox to connect to the default IP address of 192.168.88.1, with the username: admin and no password (or, for some models, check user and wireless
passwords on the sticker);
In case IP is not available then use WinBox and connect with MAC address;
Update the device by clicking the (Check_for_updates) button to the latest RouterOS software for this to work the device needs to have an active Internet connection;
For a manual update of the device, visit the products page at https://mikrotik.com/products to find your product. The required packages are accessible under
the "Support&Downloads" menu;
Upload downloaded packages to the "Winbox" "Files" menu and reboot the device;
By upgrading your RouterOS software to the latest version, you can ensure optimal performance, stability, and security updates;
Reboot the device;
Set up your password to secure the device.

In the case of device failure, please disconnect it from power. The fastest way to do so is by unplugging the power plug from the power outlet.
This is a Class A product. In a domestic environment, this product might cause radio interference in which case the user might be required to take adequate measures
