How does the event work?
The ambassadors
Quentin Fillon-Maillet :
He is a french biathelte, olympic’s champion in the 20km
individual, and 12,5 pursuit at 2022 Beijing games. He's the first
biathlete who win 2 medals in a single edition of the winter
games. He is an icon of his sport.
Marie Brochet :
She is french handisport skier. 4-time Paralympic Games
champion in 2014. She has 15 disabled word champion titles in
2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017. her role as ambassador is well
deserved, given her track record and determination.
Cécile Hernandez :
She has proven her excellence in the field of handisport
particulary snowboarding. As a 4-time Paralympic medalist. She
embodies determination, courage and talent. As proof, she win at
the 2022 Paralympic games her first medal at the age of 47.
That making an ideal candidat to represent the values the winter
Olympics as an ambassador.
Perrine Laffont :
Born in 1998, Laffont still has many years ahead of her to shine,
but she has already conquered the world as an Olympic gold
medallist and five-time champion. Despite her young age, she's
already showing a great deal of maturity, which is why the role
of ambassador suits her so well.

The opening ceremony
Welcome to the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Winter
Games in France!
The event kicks off at 7:00 p.m. with a spectacular
showcase of French history and culture. The festivities
begin with a parade of delegations, where athletes from
each country parade through the Olympic stadium,
proudly displaying their nation's colors.
Then, at 7.45pm, we'll be treated to an artistic show
highlighting France's varied traditions and landscapes.
Dance, music and theater performances will captivate the
audience, illustrating the cultural richness of this country
Headlined by Daft Punk.
At 8:30 p.m., the long-awaited moment arrives: the
lighting of the Olympic flame. A moment of great suspense
will surround this solemn moment, as the flame makes its
final journey before lighting up the Olympic cauldron,
symbolizing the unity and competitive spirit of the Games
Finally, at 9:00 p.m., the President of the International
Olympic Committee will deliver the opening speech,
officially marking the start of the Olympic Winter Games
in France.
