CIRCULAR FOR THE PARENTS OF CLASS III
Dear Parents,
The beginning is always today. Trust the magic of new beginnings.

We welcome you and your ward to the new session. We look forward to another year of continued
learning, sharing and intend to accomplish the same in the coming session which will commence
on Monday, 1st April’24. We sincerely hope that the new Academic Session will usher in newer
accomplishments for all our students. With renewed vigour and energy, we wish to share the
Academic Schedule and other prerequisites with all of you.

• It is not at all mandatory for the parents to buy the books as well as uniform from a particular
vendor. They can purchase Uniform, Books & Stationery from any vendor of their choice.
• Parents are requested to purchase Books & Stationery as per the List and Uniform conforming
to the norms as per the details given below.
o Boys : Half Sleeves White Shirt with vest underneath. White Half Pant. Bottle Green
Striped Belt. White Socks with 2 Bottle Green Stripes, Black Leather Shoes with Laces
(Medium or Broad Toes). Green Turban for Sikh Boys.
o Girls : White Tunic, Bottle Green Stripped Belt. White socks with 2 Bottle Green Stripes. Black
Leather Shoes with Laces (Medium or Broad Toes) Green Ribbons / Hair Band.
o Sports uniform to be worn every Tuesday and Friday along with white sports shoes. The
girls to wear white ribbons and white hair clips with sports uniform.
• The Book List for the session (2024-25) has been uploaded on the school website and school
pad.
• The Syllabus Booklet for the entire session will be uploaded on the school website and school
pad shortly.
• All the books and copies should be neatly covered and labelled with name, class and section
with a Black Marker Pen.
• Notebooks of all the subjects should be maintained conscientiously.
• Parents to compulsorily download the school pad app from Google Play store.

▪ Password is schoolpad Please change the password once you log in.

• All important circulars and messages are uploaded on the School Pad, as a routine practice and
parents need to check these on a daily basis.
• Time Table and Home Work Schedule will be also be uploaded on school pad. Your ward
should bring the books according to the time table only. No extra books to be brought so as to
avoid a heavy bag.
• Weekly Test-I will commence from 25th June. Details will be shared in the almanac.
• The Inter House Competitions for the month of April are given below:-
