SUMMARY:

This project aims to address the existing problem of flooding ( portion of west employees

village) brought about by heavy volume of rainwater that comes from the four sides of the

subdivision and drops at the lowest point of the property. This proposal aims to construct a

new drainage line as identified on the inspection conducted and as shown on the drawing

presented.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

This proposal came up after a recurring problem of flooding as shown on the drawing.

Highlighted by the recent typhoon, flooding have been a major problem in that area that affects

the mobilization of homeowners even on a small amount of rain .
