Greetings!
We would like to request for the approval of pending transfer of our Grade 3
pupil NAMO, JHON GABRIEL LIPUTANA with LRN 109331180108. He is a moved in of
Lagoma Elementary School. Based on LIS (Learner Information System) his previous school
was in 122057 – SALVACION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – Grade level 2, last School Year
attended 2020-2021 and has enrolment with gap but it has been resolved. Our concern is
that his transfer is still pending even though it has been confirmed by his originating school.
