The major elements of our integrated training approach BEFORE

The Major Elements of our Integrated Training Approach can be described as follows:
Involvement of Key Users in Analysis, Design and Testing – Involving the best sales and management resources allows the design of
a good application and the buy-in of the entire organization.
It further ensures that the key staff are being aware and trained in the Siebel logic and the process design.
Regular Communication – We propose to communicate on a regular basis to the Customer MN staff base with an ETMS newsletter
that outlines the changes and developments of the project and some key features of the application. This will rise the awareness
and build a good ground for the class-room trainings.
Class-Room Training – We propose to run a two days class-room training with a train-the-trainer concept.
The users will get the application education and are able to perform training cases and examples. The class-room training should
end with a test to ensure training quality and controlling of results/ achievements. The company will develop the training material
and trains the trainer (approx. 1 trainer for 25 users). Customer MN will develop the training examples, train the employees and will
maintain the training environments. The company will support the trainings as an expert for the first training in each country.
Training Environment and Training Cases/ Examples – A separate training environment needs to be established which allows users
to 'play' with the system and to run training cases. The environment has an appropriate set of realistic training data and will be
updated on a regular basis. The company will support Customer MN in the initial setup of the environment. Customer MN will
maintain the environment, enter the training samples and data and ensured that the training cases are reflecting the reality.
Go-Live Support – The cutover moment is a critical change event. We believe that an intensive user support in the first 2-3 weeks is
important.
