Jamali & Mst. Hajira, all are serving as Lady Health Workers, District
Jacobabad

Dear Sir,

I undersigned, counsel duly instructed by my dear Advocate namely

Muhammad Aqib Soomro, do hereby address you as under:

1. That the Honorable High Court of Sindh vide order dated: 28.03.2023
forwarded the complaint against the above named Lady Health Workers for
initiating disciplinary action against the above titled ladies and submit report
within 02 weeks.

2. That the office of the Assistant Registrar (Writ), High Court of Sindh has
forwarded the said order along with complaints for initiating disciplinary
action but till to date no any disciplinary action has been taken against the
above named lady health workers by your department and also petitioner is
not informed regarding the inquiry.

3. That in the last para of the order dated: 28.03.2023, it is clearly mentioned the
directions of Honorable High Court, which is reproduced as under:
“… The concerned Secretary is directed to reply to the petitioner within
02 weeks of receipt of this order. A copy of this order shall be sent by fax
to Secretary Health and Secretary Education for compliance”

4. That I am counsel for the petitioner, once again send the certified true copy of
order dated: 28.03.2023 along with the relevant applications/complaints against
the above named Lady health workers. Photocopy of same are enclosed
herewith.

5. That despite lapse of stipulated time given by Honorable Court, the compliance
of order of Honorable High Court has not been made so far, which amounts to
contempt of court for violating and non-compliance of orders of Honorable
Court.

6. That the said lady health workers under the instruction and instigation of Dr.
Sibghatullah Soomro, Police Surgeon, District Jacobabad and his wife namely
Mst. Bibi Zainab Soomro, made false complaints and filing 22-A-B Applications
against the Petitioner and his other family members and close relatives, all the
false applications have been dismissed by the Honorable District & Sessions
Judge at Jacobabad and same were also upheld by the Honorable High Court of
Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. All the lady health workers are famous for
blackmailing innocent residents of Jacobabad.

7. I once again through this notice intimate you to comply with the Court’s order
in accordance with law and contact number of Advocate Muhammad Aqib
Soomro is 0311-0394005.
