GENERAL CONDITIONS AND PRELIMINARIES

The contractor shall be responsible for supplying all

materials, fixtures and fittings and shall leave the site tidy
and clean.

REMOVALS
Wall Remove wall between existing WC and small bedroom.
WC Remove existing WC.

CONSTRUCTION
Walls and doorways Construct new wall using plasterboard and wooden battens in
space left by old WC doorway.

FITTINGS
Bathroom suite Fit standard bathroom suite to new room to customer’s
specifications and choice with all necessary pipes and
plumbing.

Tile bath surrounding and above wash basin.
