Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development cum Telesales


Manager to join our team and drive growth in the SME segment of the food
equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and
executing effective strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales, and
enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:


 Conduct thorough market research to identify potential SME clients in the
food equipment industry.
 Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to
formulate effective sales strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
 Generate leads through targeted outbound telesales activities.
 Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling,
email campaigns, and networking.
3. Client Relationship Management:
 Build and nurture strong relationships with SME clients to understand their
business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
 Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring
high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Strategy and Planning:
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue
targets.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional
campaigns and materials.
5. Telesales Team Management:
 Lead and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and
team targets.
 Provide training and coaching to enhance the team's sales skills and product
knowledge.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
 Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management review.
 Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and strategies.
7. Collaboration and Coordination:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations,
and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:
 Proven experience in business development and telesales management, preferably in
the food equipment or related industry.
 Strong understanding of the SME landscape in India.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a telesales team.
 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
