Challenger Toggle Replacement

OF3613 1 Lever Clamp
OF2853 2 Toggles

1 Remove lower pivot pin on

connecting link and retainer. 5
Slide off existing toggles and ram
pin.

Slide handle clamp assembly into toggle and
orientate hole in lever clamp with radius in
toggle.

Install new ram pin step into ram. 6 Make sure

handle passes
completely
through as
shown.

3 Re-install lower pivot pin into

connecting link and through
toggle, re-install retainer. Slide handle into lever clamp assembly.

4 Insert and

handle
IMPORTANT:
into lever
Using 1/2” socket or
clamp.
wrench, tighten securely to
Handle clamp assembly 25 ft/lbs.
