PEGASUS...
Pegasus has its roots in the I980s, when it
began as an intercollegiate sports festival. Over
the last 40 years, it has grown into one of
South India's most awaited college festivals.

With chances to win big at sports, culturals, dance

and music, Pegasus attracts more than I0,000 students
from all over the country.
Pegasus does not limit itself to college students.
Featuring a diverse range of activities from sports and
gaming to food court and informals, there is
something for everyone to enjoy.

events, where luminaries like Kamal Haasan, Kenny
Sebastian and Thaikuddam Bridge captivate audiences
with their unparalleled talents, drawing in crowds like
never before!
REGI S T R A T I O N
General Instructions
Registration as a delegate is compulsory for
participation in any Pegasus event and for your
accommodation.
You can register either online or offline.
The number of participants in each team should be
confirmed during registration and changes will not
be entertained later.
The registration process is complete only when the
requisite fees are paid to the treasury.
Each participant must bring his/her valid college ID
card, bonafide certificate, and two passport sized
photographs to the registration desk.
ID cards and required documents of all the
participants will be collected at the registration desk
and will be returned after the completion of the
team's events.
A letter of approval from the head of the institute
must be produced with all the members of the team,
highlighting the team leader.
Pegasus 2024 delegate cards will be issued at the
registration desk, upon arrival.
Participants are requested to carry their delegate
cards with them at all times. They will be required
to show the same on demand by any authorised
personnel.
In case of any disputes arising, the decision of the
Pegasus committee shall be binding.
Terms and Conditions:

The team leader shall be the person representing

the entire group and will be the communicating
link with the registration desk.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol or narcotics in
the college campus is strictly prohibited. Violation
of this rule will lead to severe disciplinary action
against the team.
Any kind of inappropriate conduct within the
college campus will lead to the disqualification of
the team.
Any damage to college property will be fined
accordingly.
A new delegate card will not be issued under any
circumstances and is of the sole responsibility of
the holder.
All the rules laid out by each of the subcommittees
for each event will be strictly followed with no
exceptions.
ACCOM O D A T I O N
 General Instructions
Registration for accommodation must be done
separately, if needed. After registering, a
confirmatory mail will be sent to the registered
email ID. Registration for the event alone is NOT
sufficient for availing accommodation.
A caution deposit of 350 must be paid in cash on
arrival.
Only the team leader is expected to speak with
the accommodation in-charge to avoid confusions.
Accommodation for the delegates will be allotted
by the organizers based on the contingent size,
date of arrival and duration of stay.
Rooms once allotted cannot be changed.
Rooms might have to be shared with delegates
from other colleges.
An AC room for women should be pre-booked.
Spot booking cannot be done. A minimum
payment for 1 day should be done online in
advance for confirmation of the AC room.
Extension of stay should be informed prior to the
accommodation in-charge.
Lock and key for luggage should be brought as
per your requirement and will not be provided.
The committee will not be responsible if there is
any loss of personal belongings.
 No chaos or noise should be made in your
accommodation area. This would result in
cancelation of accommodation. Complaints from
any resident doctors living nearby will result in
eviction from rooms.
Curfew for women delegates staying inside the
campus is from 12 am-5 am.
Delegates are not allowed to stay with individuals
of opposite gender.
In case of missing/damage to any property in the
accommodation area, delegates will be fined
accordingly which is under the discretion of
accommodation committee.
If a delegate is caught smoking, consuming alcohol
or taking part in any drug use, they will be fined
and evicted from their rooms.
Transport
Transport is provided only for the delegates who
have registered for accommodation from their
allotted stay place to event premises.
Candidates staying outside the campus by their
own discretion, will not be given transport
facilities.
During night (9:15 pm-5 am) transport will be
provided by us to and fro from Katpadi railway
station/Vellore bus stand and will be charged
separately. Delegates should arrange their own
transport at all other times.
