LEARNING STANDARD 1.3.1 Classify numbers within 100 to prime numbers and composite numbers.
OBJECTIVES a) By the end of the lesson all pupils able to:
Classify numbers within 100 to prime numbers and composite numbers.

Pre-Lesson:
LEARNING OUTLINES Pupils recall previous knowledge on prime numbers by answering teacher’s
questions and guess today’s lesson.

Lesson Development:
1.Pupils look at the video about prime and composite numbers.
2.Pupils understand the notes given in video.
3.Pupils colour the numbers within 100 to prime numbers and composite numbers.
4.Pupils try to match prime numbers and composite numbers into the box.

5.Pupils randomly try to classify given number in hotseat session.

6.Pupils do exercise given in textbook page 44 in notebook and do exercise in

Pupils recall back today’s lesson by answering question shown in slide.

1) Identify , classify prime numbers and composite numbers.
2) Solve at least 5 questions involving prime and composite numbers correctly.
