19 further to my previous writings I will set out further issues, which may assist you to
20 understand that matters are now reported to the Australian Federal Police for its investigation,
21 considering this includes federal issues also. Banyule City Council may consider this before it
22 may try to pursue matters which could be only adding problems to Banyule City Council.

39 Sir/Madam & Ors,
40 I inform you that a copy of my correspondence to you today has been
41 provided to the Australian Federal Police as I hold that Buloke Shire Council is fraudulently
42 claiming monies.
43 My 91-year-old wife suffers from heart failure and other comorbidities and her heart pumps at
44 30% as well as her valves are leaking and she can do well without the conduct by Buloke Shire
45 Council. You may find that Buloke Shire Council, as an example, seeks to charge about $400 in
46 the $931.60 claim, this regarding garbage collection regarding 2023/2024, even so no garbage
47 was collected for about 10 years or more. I may assume that you have no knowledge about this
48 particular issue but do want to make very clear that demands by Buloke Shire Council should be

1 stopped immediately and in fact it should refund unconstitutional charged monies in the past as I
2 at various occasions made clear that the so called “council rates” were unconstitutional.
3 Obviously, if you were to continue with your alleged claim then I would take the position that
4 you do so knowingly and may be deemed to be accomplices to fraud. While most people deem
5 “compulsory” voting to be lawful I in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka proved it was not. Likewise, most
6 people may hold that “council rates” are lawful but I dispute this and Buloke Shire Council
7 blatantly continued to ignore this hoping you may do the dirty work for it. My wife is struggling
8 to stay alive and we can do well without this harassment to pay a demand that I view has no legal
9 basis.
10 Obviously, if you withdraw from this matter then do not hesitate to notify me about this.
