The yacht charter service will use a 14.8 meter yacht to take customers out the small islands
around Okinawa for day and/or overnight charters.
The proposed location for this yacht service is Okinawa Marina in Awase, Okinawa City.

We provide day charter services for customers interested in boating, water sports and beach
activities.
- Mr. Timothy Duncan is the CEO of Okinawa Family Storage 株式会社 (trunkroom
business in Okinawa, Japan). He has a Master’s Degree in Business and has lived in
Okinawa Japan since 1998. Mr. Duncan has 2 daughters that attend College in Okinawa
and is married to Mrs. Ayumi Higa.
The vice president of Hana del Mar Charters is Mr. Steve Bearkheimer:
- 当株式会社の共同所有者であるスティーブ・バークハイマー(Steve Bearkheimer)
(Co-Owner) も同様に 1985 年から沖縄に移住し、以来 7 人の成人に達した子ども達と
共に県内に在住しています。Steve Bearkheimer (Fuko Satcho), has lived in Okinawa
Japan since 1985 and has 7 grown children here in Okinawa.
ダンカン及びバークハイマーは両者とも永住権を取得しており、県内に住所を持ち日本及び沖
縄県の納税者であり、軍属ではございません。Both Mr. Duncan and Mr. Bearkheimer live in
Okinawa permanently, pay Japanese taxes, and are not SOFA.

Our proposed charters locations are starting from Okinawa Marina in Awase with destinations to
Tsuken island and then to Kudaka island.
- Okinawa Marina is ideally located near within 30 minutes voyage time to our charter
destinations of Tsuken Island and Kudaka Islands
- Boat travel time to Tsuken Island and Kudaka Islands is 20 - 30 minutes or less
depending on boat speed
- Both Tsuken Island and Kudaka Islands have nice secluded areas to anchor the boat
