Abdominal/pelvic Ultrasound
Liver is normal in size, shape, position and echogenicity.

Spleen is normal morphologically.

Pancreas is unremarkable.

Gallbladder is normal in size shape and wall thickness. CBD is normal in caliber.

Both side kidneys are normal in size and shape with normal echo pattern there is no evidence of stone or
hydronephrosis.

Urinary bladder is normal.

Prostate gland is normal in size and echogenicity.

Uterus is normal. No focal mass, foreign body or collection in it.

No free fluid in the peritoneal cavity.

There is aperistaltic none compressible tubular structure with positive target appearance in right iliac
fossa with lumen diameter measurement of 7mm suggest acute appendicitis.

Impression:
Acute appendicitis.
