Steel Truss for cantilevers typical floors (2nd to 4th Floors)
flat slab system supported by concrete columns with a drop panel or cap will be used on the entire area of the hotel rooms
while in terrace areas tapered trusses and composite metal deck supported by bigger concrete column to achieve cantilevers
from 5.0 m to 12.0 m as per the below figure as sample from 2nd floor.

Structure preconcept study
A preliminary analytical model has been created to study the cantilever at 12 meter taking consideration of light landscape terrace load of
5 kPa and live load of 4.8 kPa according to the code ( wind load hasnot been added as it requires special wind study for large cantilevers)
resulting a truss with depth of minimum 2200 mm.
