Bring and share
The "Bring and Share" event was a delightful
experience for the students at Modern college. It
was the last day of school from the usual routine
and indulge in a variety of cuisines from around
the world. The students were asked to bring
their favorite dish or snack to share with their
classmates, and the result was a vibrant display
of cultural diversity. From spicy curries to sweet
pastries, the table was filled with an array of
flavors and aromas that tantalized the taste
buds. The event was a great opportunity for
students to bond over their shared love of food,
learn about different cultures, and appreciate
the diversity that exists within their community.
As they sat together, sharing stories and
laughter, it was clear that this event was more
than just a meal - it was a celebration of
friendship and community.

The cross counTry day
THIS WAS THE 6 FEBRUARY 2023
I still vividly recall the cross-country day,
a day that was brimming with
exhilaration. Some of my friends were
seated on the lush, green grass, their
laughter echoing in the air, while others
stood at the back, their faces glowing
with anticipation. We took a picture
together, a snapshot of that joyous
moment that still brings a smile to my
face. The air was thick with joy and
happiness, a testament to the
camaraderie we shared. The sun was
shining brightly, casting long shadows
that danced on the grass. The sound of
our laughter, the shared jokes, the
cheering for each other - everything
about that day was magical. It was not
just a day of competition, but a
celebration of friendship, teamwork, and
the sheer joy of being alive. Every time I
look at that picture, I am transported
back to that day, and I can’t help but feel
a sense of nostalgia and a longing to
relive those moments.
The day was a grand affair, a celebration of
community spirit. The DJ, with his infectious
energy, was the life of the party. His music
reverberated through the air, setting the perfect
backdrop for the day’s events. The beats were
catchy, the rhythm compelling - it was
impossible not to move. Adjacent to the dance
floor, merchants had set up their stalls. The air
was filled with the aroma of delicious food, and
the stalls were adorned with a variety of goods,
from handmade crafts to unique trinkets. The
merchants, with their warm smiles and
engaging stories, added a unique charm to the
day. But the event that stole the show was the
running competition. It was not just a race, but
a testament to the determination and
sportsmanship of the participants. The runners,
each with their own story, were at the starting
line, their faces reflecting a mix of nervous
excitement and sheer determination. The crowd
held its breath as the whistle blew, marking the
beginning of the race. The runners took off,
their every stride echoing the competitive spirit
of the day. The crowd cheered, their applause
providing the perfect soundtrack to the
competition. It was a sight to behold, a display
of determination, resilience, and the sheer joy
of participation. As the day came to an end, it
