THe previous topic on project management discussed the importance of methods and technics
which greatly improved from previous era. While on the past, methods and techniques are not as good
as what we are practicing nowadays but due to the basis and their action the advancement happens.
They created the basis of our improvement and the construction today ripped all the benefits and the
best part were other professional continuously upgrade this methods and techniques so the next
generation in construction industry can easily manage the complex project where the methods and
techniques todays were continuously updating.

The management viewpoint of methods and techniques includes a comprehensive approach to

how organizations arrange, organize, execute, and direct their chosen forms. It starts with cautious
arranging, where goals are characterized, and the foremost appropriate strategies and techniques are
chosen to realize these objectives. Once the process is input, the organization organizes its assets,
counting staff and innovation, to support the execution of these strategies. Usage includes putting these
strategies into activity, regularly went with by worker preparing and the foundation of standard
strategies.

Furthermore, it is imperative to recognize that management plays an indispensable and

proactive role in shaping the trajectory of innovative strategies and methods within construction
projects. Their function goes beyond mere oversight; they actively seek out emerging approaches,
conducting thorough assessments to gauge their feasibility and the potential benefits they bring to the

meticulously ensuring that both financial resources and a proficient workforce are readily accessible to
facilitate the effective implementation of these pioneering practices. Throughout the construction
process, the administration maintains an unwavering commitment to safety and quality, swiftly
addressing any challenges or risks that may surface during the assimilation of these innovative
strategies.
