● Draft email- 5 minutes intervals , visually engaging, props printed because no tech,
9:00 is start time, arrive as early as 8:30, head straight to auditorium, donuts and juice,

Idea for rotation:

● tables 1-4
● tables 5-8
● tables 9-12 (maybe fire people)
● Specials teachers rotate with classes along with teacher
● 5 minutes at each table-blow horn? chime?
● 1 minute transition time-time keeper
