participation in Excursion to SCIENCE MUSEUM GOLAPBAG BARDHAMAN that is going to be held
tentatively on 30th JANUARY 2024. I shall also instruct him/her to strictly follow the instructions of the
ESCORT TEACHERS and I shall not hold KVS(KV CMERI DURGAPUR responsible for any untoward
occurrences at any Level.

Therefore I am submitting my consent letter duly signed by me with full faith in Vidyalaya/KVS about
participation. I or my family will neither violate any rules nor overlook the instructions/decisions of KV
CMERIDURGAPUR Authority at any stage .

Remarks: neither food/nor entry fees will be provided from School, it's the responsibility of the
Child/Parent. Also the pick and Drop from School will be solely Parents Responsibility.
