Project Objective
The goal is to use data science techniques to analyze customer data and provide useful
insights for Cloudspace. The focus is on predicting customer behavior and grouping
customers based on their purchases.

Methodology
Data Collection and Preparation:

 Gather customer, invoice, and purchase data from Cloudspace's databases.


 Clean and organize the data to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):

 Examine the data to understand its structure and identify patterns.


 Create visual representations of the data using tools like Python and Power BI.

Model Development:

 Develop models to predict customer behavior.


 Group customers into segments based on their purchasing patterns.

Validation and Testing:

 Check the accuracy of the models using validation techniques.


 Test the models with a separate dataset to ensure they work well.

Reporting and Documentation:

 Write a detailed report explaining the methods and findings.
