JOINING MEETING ON THE PHONE

1. Go to PlayStore 25-MAR-2020
3. Tap Install

2. Search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings” App

4. After the installation process, tap to open/launch

5. > If you are the Meeting host (Chairman, or


conductor) please proceed to step 15.

> If you are the attendee, and your meeting host


gave you the URL link, please proceed to step 6.

> If you are the attendee, and your meeting host


gave you the “Meeting ID”, please proceed to
step 8.
6. Go to zoom link (URL) sent by your meeting host 8. Tap Join a meeting
(via WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.)

7. Automatically zoom start and join you to the 9. > Enter the Meeting ID given by your meeting host

10. Important! Select “Join without Video”
> *Do not tap “Join with Video” 12. Tap “Mute” or “UnMute” to switch

11. Tap “call via Device Audio” 13. After Audio tested, tap “Start Video”

Please note: Switching on video requires more


data and can affect signal quality.
14. Swipe left to view others joined to the meeting 16. Tap “Leave” when meeting ends

15. “Raise hand” option found in “More”

17. After 40min, meeting will be terminated, please


rejoin the meeting using same meeting link(URL) or
Meeting ID provided by your meeting host.

18. Important! Hosting a meeting from Android may be


very challenging. The size of the screen may limit
the number of participants you can see at a time.
If possible use Windows 10 computer.
If computer is not available, still you may use
Android as Host device.
