STRATEGIC PLAN SUMMARY 2
An organization’s culture defines the proper conduct within the firm. It consists of shared
values and beliefs designed by the leadership, communicated, and implemented using various
measures to shape the organization’s staff’s understanding, behaviors, and perceptions. It also
sets the context around which all activities within the organization are undertaken. Since
organizations and their situations differ from industry to industry and country to country, often
no one culture fits all cases (Braithwaite et al., 2017). Organizations face diverse organizational
issues. Some of the cultural problems experienced commonly when implementing additional
ambiguity. Lack of innovativeness and shortage of resources are among the other problems
commonly faced at the organization, typically leading to issues with ramifications that are more
significant to the organization, such as making the workplace less pleasant, harassment issues,
and high employee turnovers at the residential drug and alcohol detox organization.
To solve the issues, the organization will develop a well-developed software system that
the practicing nurses will use to collect as much information as possible. Doing so will help
make the role of a nurse specific and well defined. Moreover, nurses can use the information to
learn more about the conflicting areas of therapeutic intervention to reduce AMA cases. On the
other hand, the organization must ensure the nurses are well trained and experienced in
