An organization’s culture defines the proper conduct within the firm. It consists of shared

values and beliefs designed by the leadership, communicated, and implemented using various

training on therapeutic communication nursing practice intervention to reduce Against Medical

Advice by patients in my organization include inconsistency, poor communication, and

ambiguity. Lack of innovativeness and shortage of resources are among the other problems

commonly faced at the organization, typically leading to issues with ramifications that are more

significant to the organization, such as making the workplace less pleasant, harassment issues,

and high employee turnovers at the residential drug and alcohol detox organization.

To solve the issues, the organization will develop a well-developed software system that

make the role of a nurse specific and well defined. Moreover, nurses can use the information to

learn more about the conflicting areas of therapeutic intervention to reduce AMA cases. On the

other hand, the organization must ensure the nurses are well trained and experienced in

implementing the nursing practice interventions to reduce patient frustrations.
