‫ملخص‪:‬‬

‫تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع االنفتاح التجاري في الجزائر‪ ،‬ومعرفة أثره على النمو االقتصادي‬
‫خالل الفترة‪ ،2020-1990 :‬وذلك باالعتماد على أشعة االنحدار الذاتي (‪ ،)VAR‬واختبار السببية حسب‬
‫مفهوم (‪ )Granger‬بين االنفتاح التجاري والنمو القتصادي‪ ،‬ولمعرفة تأثير صدمة االنفتاح التجاري معبر‬
‫عن ه بنس بة مجم وع الص ادرات وال واردات من الس لع والخ دمات إلى الن اتج المحلي اإلجم الي‪ ،‬والنم و‬
‫االقتصادي معبر عنه بمعدل نمو الناتج المحلي اإلجمالي الحقيقي‪ ،‬كما تم تضمين متغيرات أخرى مستقلة‬
‫ذات ص لة بموض وع دراس تنا تمثلت في إجم الي تك وين رأس الم ال الث ابت‪ ،‬وأس عار النف ط‪ ،‬وق د أظه رت‬

‫االنفت اح التج اري والنم و القتص ادي‪ ،‬يت بين أن االنفت اح التج اري ال يس بب النم و االقتص ادي‪ .‬كم ا تط رقت‬
‫الدراسة إلى إمكانية استفادة الجزائر من االنفتاح التجاري بشرط توفر السياسات التكميلية‪ ،‬التي تمس عديد‬
‫الج وانب‪ :‬اإلط ار المؤسس ي‪ ،‬فعالي ة ومن اخ االس تثمار‪ ،‬ت وفر رأس الم ال البش ري‪ .‬وفي حال ة ع دم ت وفر‬
‫الشروط السابقة من غير المتوقع أن تكون هناك تأثيرات مباشرة على النمو االقتصادي في الجزائر‪.‬‬

‫‪Abstract:‬‬
‫‪This study aims to analyze the reality of trade openness in Algeria and its‬‬
‫‪impact on economic growth during the period 1990-2020, based on (VAR) and‬‬
‫‪causality test according to Granger concept between trade openness and‬‬
‫‪economic growth, in addition to knowing the impact of trade openness shock‬‬
‫‪expressed in the ratio of total exports and imports of goods and services to gross‬‬
‫‪national product, and economic growth expressed in the ratio of real gross‬‬
‫‪national product growth. Other independent variables relevant to our study were‬‬
‫‪also included, represented by the total fixed capital and oil prices. The obtained‬‬
‫‪results showed that the impact of trade openness shock on Algeria's economic‬‬
‫‪growth was very weak, although was positive during some periods, but not‬‬
‫‪persistent, being fluctuating between negative and positive values, as trade‬‬
openness hadn’t achieved a continuous positive impact. After causation test was
carried out according to Granger concept between trade openness and economic
growth, trade openness is shown to not cause economic growth. The study also
touched upon Algeria's potential to benefit from trade openness, provided that
complementary policies were available which affect many aspects: the institutional
framework, the investment effectiveness and climate and the availability of human
capital. In case that the previous conditions weren’t met, it is not expected that
there will be direct impacts on Algeria's economic growth.
