● Paf were founded on the Åland Islands in 1966
by the local health charity Folkhälsan together
with the local branches of the Finnish Red
Cross, Save the Children and Dagens Barn
foundation.

● Paf is not driven by the motive of private profit. Paf is
licensed by the local government of Åland and controlled by
the Åland Gambling Authority. We also hold online licenses
in Sweden, Spain, Latvia and Estonia.

● Paf is publicly owned and our clear mission is to generate

profit for the benefit of society.

● Since the start Paf has distributed more than 300 million
euro to the society, the last 5 years about 20 million

What’s in it for you
Who are you?
We are looking for Fullstack Developer who are curious and passionate about
programming. You are an awesome Frontend developer, with experience from with
experience in React, Node.js and Typescript. We are also using Cloudflare and AWS
services, so any experience in these domains is considered an advantage.. We focus on
personal experiences and knowledge in software development, instead of only formal
education and diplomas.

 • You will be part of the newly formed sub team in Player
Information team consisting already of two developers.
• The Player Information team is responsible of different
player related tasks and info such as user access etc. New
team will handle backoffice tools and building a new one
which will create even better customer support process
equipped with e.g. chat bot.
• You are involved in the entire development process, from
requirement specification, creation of stories, estimations,

• As a fullstack developer, you should understand that we

colleagues, make the technical decisions based on the

• Current backoffice tool is hard to maintain so we need to
build a new one!

If you choose to work 100% remote, you will be given a desk, screens,
docking station etc. If you choose a mix you will be given a double set
of equipment so you have the same conditions at home and at the
office. You can also choose to work abroad for 3 months a year. The
only requirement is that you work approximately the same working
hours as your colleagues.
