I have been advised by John to inform you that Good

Vibes Party Limited acts for Plaintiff in relevant
proceedings. The order was dated on the 14th of
December 2018. Order 1 requires the Plaintiff to file
and serve any evidence by the 12th of July 2019.
Unfortunately, the lay witness Bob Cunningham will not
be able to submit his evidence owing to an emergency.
Subsequently, we will require an extension of 2 weeks
to file and serve evidence. Please confirm that you are
in an agreement with the two-week extension to file
and serve any evidence in reply. I attach the draft
consent letter.
