General Instructions:
 This question paper comprises of two pages.
 All Questions are compulsory.

 This question paper contains five sections: Section A, Section B, Section C, Section D
and section E
 Section A contains five multiple choice questions and two assertion reason type
questions of 1 mark each, Section B contains one case based question of five mark each,
Section C contains four questions of three marks each. Section D contain four questions
of three marks and Section E contain one question of five mark.
SECTION –A

10. Explain any two ways by which apomictic seeds get developed.
11. Why are small birds like humming birds are not found in the polar regions? Explain.

b) Sperm cannot reach ovum without seminal plasma.
