Now comes Plaintiff-Appellee, the People of the State of Michigan, through the
Prosecuting Attorney for the County of Kent, and in opposition to Defendant-Appellant’s

in Plaintiff-Appellee’s Brief on Appeal filed in the Court of Appeals and Plaintiff-
