2. 2 Product publishing and promotion

产品出版推广阶段
Party B will publish the product through the following methods:

1. Publish the product on Party B’s official website.

2. Sell products through online and offline channels by cooperating with

Article 3: Income Distribution

三、收益分配

3.1 Party A will receive the share of the total amount of each sales order.
甲方将获得每笔销售订单的分成。
3.2 Party B will public sales details to artists and factories.
乙方必须向艺术家和工厂公开销售明细。
3.3 Party B will settle the sales revenue on a 60-day cycle and pay Party A’s
income.

Article 4: Copyright Rights

四、版权权利
4.1 The contract period is five years. The copyright of all products during the
contract period belongs to both parties.
合同期限为5年。合同期限内所有产品的版权归甲方和乙方共同所有。
4.2 All products will be sold under the brand names of both parties.
所有产品将使用甲乙双方品牌名称共同进行销售。

Article 5: Party A's Right to Product Quality

五、甲方对产品质量的权利
5.1 Party A has the right to confirm the quality and package of all products.
甲方有权对所有产品的质量和包装进行确认。

Article 6: Party A's Right to Sales Channels

六、甲方对销售渠道的权利
6.1 Party A has the right to know all sales channels of the product.
甲方有权利知道产品所有的销售渠道。

Article 7: The Right of Party A to Terminate the Contract

七、甲方解除合同的权利
7.1 Party A have the right to terminate the contract at any time by email.

甲方可以随时通过电子邮件提出解除合同。
7.2 When Party A proposes to terminate the contract, the products that have already
been produced belong to Party B and Party B continue to complete the sales.
当甲方提出解除合同，已经完成生产的产品归属乙方，由乙方继续完成销售。
7.3 After Party A proposes to terminate the contract, Party B will delete all relevant
content and advertising materials of Party A.
甲方提出解除合同后，乙方需删除甲方相关所有内容及所有宣传资料。
