PASSENGER CONFIRMATION
Cancellations and Reservation Modifications: Cancellations made within 60 days prior to sailing date are
subject to Cancellation Fees as per our Cancellation Policy. Sailing date changes are permitted up to 8 days
prior to sailing and are subject to change fees. Passenger changes are permitted up to 48 hours prior to sailing
and may be subject to change fees. For more information, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Check-In and Embarkation: Due to increased passenger count, we have adjusted our normal Check-In, Arrival
and Boarding Procedures. Please find the most current information here.
Required Travel Documentation (2-Night Round-Trip Sailings): Citizens are required to have a valid U.S.
passport (card or book valid at least 6 months after return date) or an original state-issued birth certificate with a
government-issued photo ID (no hospital records, photocopies or photos/digital copies will be accepted). Non-
U.S. Citizens should contact U.S. Customs or the Bahamian Consulate for any additional required
documentation. No refunds or changes will be allowed for passengers denied boarding due to improper

Minor Consent: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is the parent or legal
guardian of the minor, and/or the express, written permission of the minor's parent or guardian allowing
travel. Please click here for the Minor Consent form that must be completed, notarized and presented at check-
in prior to embarkation.
Terminal Directions & Parking: Click here for port directions and parking information. Parking at the Port is
valet only and operated by the Port of Palm Beach. Effective July 1, 2023, valet parking at the Port of Palm
Beach is $19 per day, including day of arrival and departure ($57 total for 3-day cruises).
Additional Onboard Charges: Since 1 Sept 2023, Gratuities will be charged to your onboard account at $16.00
per person, per night. Gratuities for Suites are $20.00 per person, per night. All bar, spa, salon, or specialty
dining receipts will include an additional 18% service charge. 18% gratuity is already included in your pre-
purchased drink packages. Any gratuities and/or service fees paid by Guest are the property of the Carrier and
shall be used by the Carrier in any manner or method and for any purpose that the Carrier deems fit in its sole
discretion.
A Fuel Supplement of up to $12.00 USD, per person, per day, will also be added to your onboard account as
outlined in your Cruise Ticket Contract.
