REQUEST FOR LEAVE DUE TO FAMILY FUNERAL

from Wednesday, 31st to Friday 2nd, 2024 as I need to attend a family funeral during that period.

teachers to ensure that I catch up on any missed assignments and make up for any lessons I may miss.
