At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
1. identify the methods in developing individual/group physical activity;
2. distinguish the factors as basis in developing home based physical activity;
&
3. participate in a self-organized home based fitness activity.

Before we start our discussion, let’s play a

Okay, here is the mechanics.

This activity is called “Family Feud”. I will


divide the class into 4 teams. Each member
of the team will have the chance to answer
in 5 seconds. The team that buzzed in with
the correct answer receives control of the
board and has an option of playing or
passing the control to the other team.

There are three rounds on this game. Each


round has one question. The team who gett
the highest score will be the winner.

This time we will play “Matching Feelings”

Directions:

I will divide the class into two teams. The


first team will be given three feeling cards
and each feeling card contains a question.
The second team will be given another three
feeling cards but each feeling card contains
an answer.
