DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 16 day of August 2019 at
Batangas City by and between:

MAXIMO M. LLANTO, of legal age and a resident of 392 Sta.

Anastacia Sto Tomas Batangas Region 4, hereinafter referred to as
the “SELLER”,
AND

JANETTH C. CASAPAO, of legal age and a resident of 031 SITIO

LOOC BAGALANGIT MABINI BATANGAS, hereinafter referred to as
the “BUYER”,

WITNESSETH, That:

WHEREAS, the SELLER, is the registered and lawful owner of a motor vehicle and
more particularly described as follows:

Make: Yamaha Plate No.: 5204DP

Type: MC Serial/Chassis No.: MH35TL0068K013115
Model Year: 2008 MV File No.: 0422-00000018909
Series: MIO AL115c Engine No.: 5TL-1012805

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY the
abovementioned motor vehicle to the BUYER, which the BUYER hereby accepts;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and mutual
covenants herein provided, the PARTIES hereby agree to the following terms and
conditions, as follows:

1) For and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS

(P30, 000.00), Philippine currency, paid to the SELLER in full
satisfaction and acknowledged to have received from the BUYER, the
SELLER do hereby, SELLS, CONVEYS and TRANSFERS unto the BUYER,
its assigns, and successors-in-interests, the above-described motor
vehicle;
2) The SELLER hereby warrants that the said described motor vehicle is
free from liens and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership
from any/all claim/s whatsoever;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES and their instrumental witnesses have signed
this Deed of Absolute Sale this 16th day of August 2019 in the City of Batangas,
Philippines.
